"Is there any nightlife in Vieques?"

Vieques is a very relaxed place, and has a reputation for shutting down early. Many visitors have difficulties locating a place to eat or to hang out after 8pm on most weeknights.

In Esperanza, the more laid-back southern Vieques town, you might consider Banana's or Duffy's. For a local experience, the beach side La Nasa offers a dance floor with salsa, meringue and bachata. Dance on the beach!

Isabel II has more options for late-night dinner, drinks and dancing. Local favorites include La Iguana (with live music), the waterside Al's Mar Azul and the Bravo Beah Hotel.
